Scope

The RAinc website presents company information, product links and an illustrated workflow. It does not offer a document upload, create a product account, process payments or run a newsletter form. Precidoc is a separate SaaS product with its own product operations and notices.

Business correspondence

If you email founder@rainc.tech, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use this to respond to your inquiry and maintain relevant business correspondence. Email delivery involves the email services used by you and the founder.

Website metrics

We record page views and selected actions, including product link clicks, example interactions, example downloads, email link clicks and founder profile clicks. The website sends only a predefined event name, the page path, the link placement and, where relevant, the selected example step to a first party endpoint.

We do not add analytics cookies, persistent browser identifiers or fingerprinting. Event payloads do not contain query strings, email addresses, document content or form input. The browser tracker respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Events are written to Cloudflare Worker logs to understand which pages and product entry points are useful. Cloudflare may separately process technical request information as described below.

Hosting and technical data

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. It may process IP addresses, request information and technical logs to operate, secure and diagnose the service. These provider records are separate from the limited event payloads created by our analytics code.

Fonts are served from this website. We do not embed third party advertising scripts or LinkedIn widgets. Visiting external links is subject to the destination's practices.

Retention and disclosure

We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle an inquiry or maintain relevant business records. Technical and event log retention depends on Cloudflare's configured logging settings and service policies. This website does not create a separate customer analytics database.

We do not sell information collected through the corporate website. Service providers may process information to deliver hosting and email services, and information may be disclosed when legally required.

Your choices and requests

You can use browser privacy signals to disable the website event tracker. Contact founder@rainc.tech to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to us. Applicable rights and legal retention requirements depend on your circumstances.
